Lease Renewal FAQ
Lease renewal offers are typically sent 60 days before your lease expires. You can also check your eligibility in the Resident Portal.
Log in to your Resident Portal, review your renewal offer, and follow the prompts to accept and sign your new lease electronically.
Contact our leasing office to discuss your renewal options, request changes, or ask questions about your lease terms.
All adult residents must be included on the lease and pass our screening process. Contact us before adding anyone to your renewal.
If you choose not to renew, please follow move-out instructions and schedule your move-out inspection. Your security deposit will be returned according to state law.
