Lease Renewal FAQ
Lease renewal offers are typically sent at least 30 days before your lease expires. You may also check your eligibility in the Resident Portal.

All adult residents must be included on the lease and pass our screening process. Contact us before adding anyone to your renewal.
If you choose not to renew, please follow move-out procedures and give us at least 30 days notice to vacate. Your security deposit will be returned according to lease terms and state law.
