General Pet Guidelines:

• Pets are welcome in select properties. Please inquire about pet-friendly units.
• Pet deposit: $400 (refundable upon move-out, subject to inspection)
• Monthly pet rent: $0 per pet
• Maximum: 2 pets per unit
• Breed and size restrictions may apply
• All pets must be registered and up-to-date on vaccinations
• Tenants are responsible for pet-related damages and cleanliness
